I have hired John and the DTV team for several projects and they are simply wonderful.
We turn to them for all of our A/V and other needs. The first project they did in our brownstone was installing a home theater in our basement. They did such fantastic, thorough, and thoughtful work. They even helped our contractors fix some of the issues they were having with parts of our basement renovation!
We liked DTV so much that we hired them to install a beautiful mirror TV. Wondering what that is? Ask John. When I told him what I wanted, he suggested a mirror TV which was perfect! He is so knowledgeable about the best products it is great. Next they installed our intercom system as we wanted to replace the old one. They introduced us to a newer cutting edge system. Then they recently installed a whole-house wi-fi system so we wouldn’t have to deal with patchy internet and wi-fi which was a big issue for our 5-story home. DTV is our go to company for all of our tech needs now.
We really love the work they do and they are so customer service oriented, capable, and friendly. They are also very reasonably priced and will work with you to meet your needs based on whatever budget you have. We looked into several other companies before hiring them and they are definitely better than the rest. They are officially our “tech team” and I would recommend them without hesitation for any tech/AV needs you have for you home.
