So I have a new townhome that was pre-wired but nothing was installed.
When I called all the installation companies, they were eager to install the TVs but the second they saw it was pre-wired they al freaked out and backed out of the job.
DTV and especially John were not just professional but they were not phased at all. They came in, did the job and even when we had issues, came back again and adjusted the connections so that everything works.
They know what they are doing and will get the job done. Don’t bother going to others.
