In order to come up with a score, the BBB takesmany factors into consideration, including the business’s complaint history, the type of business and whether or not it has misrepresented its services, their length of time in business, whether or not they have transparent business practices, whether or not they honor their commitments, whether or not they practice honesty in advertising, and any issues they may have had historically with licensing or government actions.
