Wi-Fi access points, high-end audio amplifiers and smart speakers – and the experts at DTV Installations – were able to create a whole-home audio system for a client in Greenwich, CT. The system enabled a family to enjoy high-quality music throughout their home without ugly or complicated wiring
This project was completed for yet another client who found DTV Installations thanks to our high ratings and glowing reviews on Angie’s List. The customer was searching for top-notch home audio system installers in Connecticut, who could create a sound system which would allow his family to listen to music anywhere in the house and not just in the media room.
We met with the client to plan the project and provided a no-obligation free estimate; then, we got to work. We first set up and programmed a Luxul wireless Wi-Fi system (with security, passwords and guest network access) and then installed the system to provide multiple access points in the home. This ensured that high-quality audio signals would be available in all rooms.
Then we installed and programmed a high-end Sonos audio amplifier, wireless Sonos PLAY:3 and PLAY:5 Ultimate Smart Speakers, and Polk Audio Atrium 5 all-weather indoor/outdoor speakers. The combination provided outstanding sound throughout the home, without requiring hundreds of feet of speaker cable run through walls or in exposed areas.
Finally, we added internet jacks to allow the client to connect his Xbox and PlayStation to the system (which goes slightly beyond what a standard home audio system service would do, but as a complete home theater installation company it was not an issue for us at all).
The customer was delighted to be able to hear clear, high-quality wireless audio throughout his home – and we were delighted to be able to provide it for him.
