Purchased and set up/programmed new integrated remote control for cable, DVD, TV and Wii. Set up TV with Cable, phone, Wii, Slingbox and wireless speaker system. 

Great. Came round to provide a quote on a Sunday morning and followed up later in the day with a detailed written quote.

Showed up on time later in the week as scheduled to carry out the work and did it all efficiently and cleared up after the job.

Had them mount a large-screen TV to a floor unit I purchased.

Totally problem-free. They showed up on time, had everything they needed, and did the job quickly and fairly inexpensively.

I spoke to a man named George who explained in detail the work and costs involved with different ways to have my television hung on the wall. 

He and an assistant arrived at the scheduled appointment time and began work. 

It turned out to be a very difficult job but George honored the price he quoted me. The men were polite, fast and efficient and cleaned up after the work was done. I strongly recommend this company.

I had about 5 AV firms out to the new apartment to discuss my options and quote the appropriate and most cost effective solution for what I was looking for.

John showed up on time, was incredibly nice and patiently answered the 50 questions I had for him.  We worked together and came up with the best solution for my budget.  They were very flexible and coordinated schedules with the other contractors I had working on my apartment.  

What I particularly appreciated was DTV’s willingness to keep perfecting my system until it was working correctly.  All of these automated solutions are heavily dependent on a strong wireless internet connection – and living in a city the interference from other networks and elevators etc can block signals from different wireless devices differently.  We had some interference with the original setup, and John swapped out the original equipment for a different brand wireless router until we had the correct combination, and now its all working incredibly well.

Responsive, on-time, clean, detail oriented.  I’ve used DTV before, and I will certainly use them again.  

Their work is meticulous and clean — they make sure everything is in working order, and explain what they are doing as they are doing it.

Good availability — work was done at the weekend at a convenient time, and the contractor called 20 minutes before arrival to confirm his (prompt) arrival. 

TV was mounted at the height requested with good quality components and a minimum of a mess. Cables were threaded in the wall with threading boxes at the bottom and top for a quality finish. Work took around 90 minutes. 

Contractor was very professional, vacuumed up any mess, and gave a quick demo of how to use the mount.

Wall mounted a flat panel tv, and hid the cables in the wall.

They cleaned up after the work was done, so well in fact I couldn’t tell they had been there except for the the TV’s being hung, and looking great without all the wires!!!!!

They are amazing to do business with.  Professional, kind and totally responsive to all questions (even the technotard ones).  I would highly recommend their services.  

They mounted two TV’s and gladly accepted the Angie’s List coupon I had, without any attempt to dishonor it or charge alot of money.  

The saw that my child’s Wii was not functioning so they addressed all the component hook-ups as well.

We got other estimates and their prices were better, and they included repairing holes made to run wires, which other companies would not do.

They were very professional and experienced.

Anything we asked they came back and helped with (twice) way beyond what they had to do. 

They are hardworking and honest guys and a pleasure to deal with. They are extremely knowledgable and want to please their customers –great attitudes. 

I wanted a tv on my kitchen counter and they knew a switch that would enable the cable box not to have to sit the counter. I would not hesitate to recommend them for this or any general electrical work.

They moved outlets, hid wires, mounted a tv over the fireplace and installed a home theater surround sound system, mounted a tv and installed a shelf in the bedroom, and set a tv up in the kitchen with the cable box hidden in the cabinet. They patched all holes made and painted over them.
