Hang LCD TV, install Sonos, install electrical for TV and audio, set up an RF system so I could hide my cable box and components.

John and his staff are very professional and they do great work.  It has been a pleasure working with them.  They do quality work and everyone that has seen it has been very impressed with our TV/audio set up.  I would definitely use them again and I recommend them to anyone.

DTV Installations did a great job installing a flat screen above our fireplace. They did it in a couple of hours without leaving any holes in the wall. They are experts at what they do and made the process seamless for us.

I purchased a Big Deal for a tabletop TV setup, installation and consultation.

It worked out very well.  They were professional and knew what they were doing.  They also were very neat.  I would use them again in the future.

The DTV guys installed a 7.1 system and display upstairs and a 5.1 system and display downstairs.  The also wired the back deck for sound.  The indoor installs featured in-wall speakers but external subs.  In this case I provided the speakers, mounts, and displays to be installed.  My organization does over 100,000 digital signage installations per year, so I’m pretty picky. 

Both jobs were very nicely integrated into the existing walls.  They look and sound fantastic.  It took some work to run the wiring through the walls and ceiling but the work was done well and I’ve enjoyed using them.

When it come to choose the av and automation professional, I always choose DTV installations. We are being working together for years already. They always do, what they promise, always on time, always on top of the project.

Because they are an authorized dealers for all major audio and video brands, I don’t have to waste my time and shop around for the TV’S and home theater equipment, they will sell you and bring any av equipment for less money. John from DTV can handle a small project for $1000, as well as big automation jobs in Hampton’s for $200k.

Shawn and Egor mounted four televisions and connected the cables, Blue-ray DVD’s and internet.  They redirected the wiring of the TV, cable, and internet cables through the wall, so no wiring shows through under the TV’s.

John came to my home to assess the service that I needed and quickly provided a quote via email.  In terms of installation, Shawn and Egor came to do the mounting of televisions and connecting all the equipments.  They were mostly very careful with their installation (i.e., opening the walls to do rewiring behind them, etc.).  Unfortunately, Shawn accidentally dropped my TV in the family room, resulting in damage to the sound bar of the TV.  

Given my not-so-pleasant experience with other contractors in the past, Shawn took accountability and apologized.  He quickly gave us numerous options to make us whole and we chose to be credited the current value of the damaged TV and have them mount a new one.  

He quickly scheduled a re-mount and John came to mount the new TV for us.  The overall process was very good.  Egor did a fantastic patching of the opened sections of walls.  Overall, they were very professional team.  I would highly recommend their service to others who want to have their audio/video equipment installed in their homes.
