John was professional, helpful, knowledgeable and competent. John and his colleague mounted a fifty five inch television (bracket included), a sound board on the wall. 

They  provided me with an extender( the cabinents stay closed while you change channels on televison and dvd player). He made all connections and hid all wires.

It went well .  The televison and sound board are flush to the wall..  It looks beautiful. I highly reccommend his work.

A very positive experience, I would recommend DTV Installations LLC without reservation.  They ordered all the necessary equipment, delivered it, unpacked it, and took away all the packing material. A big plus for us – we told them what we thought we wanted, and made adjustments based on DTV’s recommendations.  

This was a fairly big job, most of which was done over 3 – 4 days in one week – some equipment was on backorder, but was installed promptly once it was received.  There were some challenges due to the construction of our building (poured concrete) but all were resolved quickly – internet and wireless sound system work perfectly in all areas of the apartment, tv’s are hung on the walls!  

We were unfamiliar with almost all of the components of the entertainment system and the security system, they took the time to show us how to use them and answered all questions.  

Everything is working great, and I wouldn’t hesitate to contact them if I have questions or want to make adjustments to the systems in the future.  Very professional, very neat, very punctual.  No complaints.

I had the pleasure of working with Sean and John on the installations in multiple locations in public schools throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn, I can recommend them highly and without reservation.

These guys are now my preferred vendor, they installed close to 100 multi media interactive projectors and smart boards for me.

Throughout the course of the installations, their team was very professional. They were accurate in the initial assessment of the scale and cost of our project. They was absolutely clear in their record keeping and time log. They managed the multiple projects very very well. Our jobs were done with care and precision. They are gifted technicians and the custom work they designed and executed are lovely.

In addition, they are extremely clean and tidy in the workplace. The technicians never left the worksite in disarray. They vacuumed all dust daily. John and Sean took special care to prevent any of the job dust from trailing throughout the schools.  There was no complexity in working with this company.  I have worked with many installers in the past, but will never look for another company again as long as they continue to work with me.

They were very professional and punctual. They called the day before my appointment to try and get an idea of what was needed for the job. 

They also called an hour before the appointment to let me know exactly when they would be coming. They were very efficient and did a good job. They do they’re best to do the job as quickly as possible (saves money for the customer) and in as few visits as possible.

“I’ve used DTV twice before, and I would use them again.  Their ability to run and snake wires with minimal (read: NO) cuts in my living room is absolutely amazing….  

Supplied and installed 4 flush mounted speakers in my living room – 2 front, 2 back.  Supplied and installed a center channel bookshelf speaker, a subwoofer, and a receiver.  Calibrated everything.  Supplied and installed new sound bar onto bedroom TV.

The system looks and sounds great.  The team confirms methods, and mounting positions before doing any work.  I would advise, however, that you research the equipment they recommend prior to moving forward.  Everything was great, but I’m not a huge fan of the Samsung soundbar — clearly not their fault.  It isn’t compatible with my TiVo remote, so I’m now stuck getting a universal remote.  Planning on using them again.”
