DTV did a complete sound system and wifi set up in our home, and installed all of our tv’s, with the boxes neatly tucked out of sight. They were professional, polite and clean. They were quite knowledgeable and did everything to our satisfaction, even if it meant several return trips to our home.

I am a Property Manager in Tribeca one of the best neighborhoods in lower Manhattan . I hire and work with many different vendors. I work with High End clients that are always in need of a good tradesman or vendor. I have used many vendors for audio and video installation that are sometimes on a large scale.

When it come to choose the av and automation professional, I always choose DTV installations. We are being working together for years already. They always do, what they promise, always on time, always on top of the project.

Because they are an authorized dealers for all major audio and video brands, I don’t have to waste my time and shop around for the TV’S and home theater equipment, they will sell you and bring any av equipment for less money.

Fast, professional and courtesy. We discovered DYV through Amazon for the installation of a TV mount. It turned out that the mount was not suitable for the space and they quickly suggested an alternative that was less expensive than our original plan. We will definitely go to them directly in the future. Highly recommend – if you want your job done right and quickly, call these guys. 

This is the thrird job DTV Installations has done for our home in New York. I feel now motivated to share my experience so you are informaed before you buy (or hire). Two black-fridays ago, we purchased a huge LED smart TV (I think has a screen of 80″ or 90″ inches), and when it arrived….you guess it right: NOBODY could attempt to attached to a wall correctly since it was extremely big, delicate, expensive and heavy. I got DTV from some angieslist site and hire them. They were in that visit (and subsequently) : 

• -professional 
• -utmost respectful 
• -knowledgeable 
• -super-hyper OCD clean 
• -fast, assuring and educated 
• -and, yes, a bit pricey (but worth it) 

After that I hired them for more complicated jobs (making ALL cables dissapear, making my cable box and appleTV dissapear, getting 100mbps dediacted wifi in my recording studio downtairs), Now I will hire them to install top security cameras, Super wifi all arounf the porperty, etc. 

I can strongly recommend them for jobs regarding image, sound, cables, wires, sensors, IR, internet, electronic components, electricity and telephony (maybe they do more…I don´t really know). 

Be assured they are worth the money and the wait (they are booked solid always, so call in advanced).

I highly recommend DTV. I found DTV on angies list. They had great reviews and I wanted someone good to install an outdoor Skyvue TV for me. John from DTV was super responsive and made me feel very comfortable from the start. Scheduling and installation went very smooth. The prep work and clean up were great. I also had them provide and program universal remotes for me. Even after installation they were quick to respond to any questions I had. They were a true pleasure to deal with and I will absolutely work with them on future home theater needs. You can’t go wrong with DTV.
